Spicy Fig Jam Ricotta Crostini

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Slice the baguette into 1-inch diagonal slices and drizzle with olive oil. Bake for 15-20 minutes
  2. Combine the Calabrian Chili Peppers, fig jam, lemon zest, and juice, and set aside
  3. Add whole milk ricotta to a standard mixer and beat for a few minutes or until light and fluffy, set aside
  4. To assemble, smear the crostini with whipped ricotta. For an elevated appearance transfer the ricotta to a piping bag and pipe it on. Top with dollops of the spicy fig jam and garnish with basil and more lemon zest
