Lemon Anchovy Pizza

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Bring the pizza dough to room temperature. On a heavily floured surface start stretching and shaping the dough. Start with dimpling the dough, followed by a series of stretches and turns to get the dough to a 12" circle
  3. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil. Spread the garlic oil over the center of the pizza, leaving room for the crust
  4. Top with the grated mozzarella cheese followed by a generous amount of capers
  5. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-15 minutes until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melty
  6. Top the pizza with anchovies, a few slices of lemons, and a pinch of fresh dill. Squeeze the lemon over the pizza and serve
  7. Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator tightly wrapped in aluminum foil. When ready to eat again, reheat in the oven until warmed throughout
