Fig Jam Brie Wheel

Digital creator and food photographer Swarnika (@swarnika) whips up a delicious brie wheel topped with our Roland® Fig Jam, perfect for a charcuterie board.



  • 4 tablespoons Roland® Fig Jam (get the Fig Jam on Amazon)
  • 8 oz. brie wheel
  • 1/2 cup roughly chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup shelled pistachios
  • 2 dried figs, roughly chopped
  • Honey for drizzling, optional


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
  2. Place the brie wheel in an oven safe ramekin or small cast iron pan
  3. Score the surface of the brie with a few lines using a sharp knife
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of the fig jam on the surface of the brie
  5. Mix the chopped pecans, pistachios, and dried figs with the remaining 2 tablespoons of jam
  6. Spoon over the pecan-pistachio-fig jam mix onto the brie
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, covering the brie if the pecans and pistachios start to get dark
  8. Drizzle with honey (if desired) and serve with freshly toasted baguettes or as part of a charcuterie board
