Fig Jam and Walnut Chocolate Truffles

A sweet and nutty addition to our chocolate truffle series, these candies leverage flavors from Roland® Fig Jam, walnuts, and brandy.



  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup salted butter
  • ½ cup Roland® Fig Jam (get the Fig Jam on Amazon)
  • 1lb semi-sweet chocolate, between 50% and 60%
  • 1 tablespoon brandy
  • 1 cup toasted walnuts, chopped finely
  • Melting chocolate, for dipping truffles
  • Sea salt or pink Himalayan salt, to garnish


  1. Heat cream, butter, and fig jam in a small saucepan, constantly stirring until butter is melted and combined with jam, and just slightly bubbling
  2. Take the pan off the heat and add chopped chocolate, brandy and walnuts until all is blended
  3. Let refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight. Scoop about 32 small rounds and set on parchment paper and back in the fridge
  4. Dip truffles in melting chocolate and return to parchment and sprinkle with salt to garnish. Chill until chocolate is set
