Pink Peppercorn Dirty Shirley

Add a touch of sophistication to a childhood favorite, with the sweetness of grenadine syrup and a pinch of subtle heat from our own pink peppercorns.
- In a small sauté pan add ½ oz grenadine and 2 tablespoons pink peppercorns. Bring to a boil then allow to cool completely and strain
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, infused grenadine, white rum, and lime juice. Shake vigorously
- To the prepared glass add ice, pour the shaken cocktail, and top with soda. Garnish with maraschino cherries, limes slices, popsicle, and ½ tablespoon of crushed peppercorns
