Pink Peppercorn Dirty Shirley

Add a touch of sophistication to a childhood favorite, with the sweetness of grenadine syrup and a pinch of subtle heat from our own pink peppercorns.




  1. In a small sauté pan add ½ oz grenadine and 2 tablespoons pink peppercorns. Bring to a boil then allow to cool completely and strain
  2. In a cocktail shaker add ice, infused grenadine, white rum, and lime juice. Shake vigorously
  3. To the prepared glass add ice, pour the shaken cocktail, and top with soda. Garnish with maraschino cherries, limes slices, popsicle, and ½ tablespoon of crushed peppercorns
