For the Spring Rolls

  1. Sautee the chicken in a little grapeseed oil for around 5 minutes or until 75% cooked
  2. Mix in the remaining ingredients, tasting for salt
  3. Spoon 2-3 tablespoons of filling per spring roll into the wrappers. Fold the bottom over first, then the sides, and seal the top with water. Roll the spring rolls over to seal
  4. Repeat and freeze if desired
  5. To cook, heat grapeseed oil and fry until golden brown, approximately 3-4 minutes
  6. Serve with Chipotle Lime Crema

  1. Mix the ingredients well until combined
  2. Add salt to taste and enjoy!
