Preferred among gourmands, Roland® Surfine Capers in Salt don’t have a vinegary flavor in comparison to standard capers. While our Capers in Salt can be used straight from the jar when salt is needed in a recipe, we recommend unlocking their full potential by rinsing them briefly or soaking them in water for fifteen minutes up to an hour; the longer you let them soak the more the floral notes of the caper will emerge! Use as a topping for canapés, mixed with olive oil for dipping, or wherever salt and floral notes are needed to add dimension to a dish.
