Vegan Sherbet

Cool off with this refreshing dessert featuring Roland Foods premium canned fruits.
For the Lychee Strawberry Sherbet
- 1 can Roland® Lychees in Heavy Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Roland® Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Roland® Organic Unsweetened Coconut Cream
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- Fresh mint, to garnish
For the Mandarin Mango Tajin Sherbet
- 1 can Roland® Whole Mandarin Orange Segments in Light Syrup
- 1 can Roland® Mango Slices, dried
- 1 tablespoon Roland® Maple Syrup
- 3/4 cup Roland® Organic Unsweetened Coconut Cream
- Tajin seasoning, to garnish
Directions
- In a blender combine all of the sherbet ingredients (for either the lychee or mango flavor) and blend until well combined
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and prepare according to (ice cream maker) manufacturer instructions
- Serve with fruit and mint for garnish
