Udon Noodles with Lamb

This stir-fried udon recipe by Sara @dieteticaesthetic makes for the perfect weeknight dinner. With vegetables, organic udon noodles, and lamb, it's bursting with flavor.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Roland® Organic Udon Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/2 lb sliced lamb
  • 2 bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 4 green onions

Directions

  1. Chop your veggies and set them aside
  2. Cook udon noodles according to the package instructions
  3. In a pan over medium heat, add oil, onions, garlic, and carrots, and sauté for 3 minutes
  4. Add lamb and cook for another 3 minutes before adding bok choy
  5. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce, and stir until combined
  6. Add green onions and udon noodles. Serve with sesame seeds
