Twisted Black Garlic Sesame Knots with Herb Chermoula Dip

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line two sheet pans with parchment paper
  2. Unfold each puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Spread evenly with Roland® Black Garlic Paste, then drizzle lightly with honey. Sprinkle generously with Roland® Black Sesame Seeds
  3. Slice into long, narrow strips about 1 inch wide. Twist each strip and coil into a pinwheel-shaped knot
  4. Place on the prepared baking sheet and brush lightly with egg wash. Sprinkle with sea salt
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed, golden, and crisp. Cool slightly before serving
  6. In a small bowl combine the chimichurri, pickled onions, cilantro, parsley, and grapeseed oil
  7. Season with Roland® Sea Salt and black pepper
