Tinned Fish Pasta

Tinned fish has never looked this good. This pasta recipe, featuring anchovies and smoked mussels, by Sara @dieteticaesthetic, is the perfect springtime recipe. It's as delicious as it is easy to make.

  1. Chop your ingredients and set to the side
  2. In a pan over medium heat, add your oil, butter, and shallots. Sauté for 4 minutes before adding anchovies and mussels
  3. Sauté for another 3 minutes before adding lemon and cilantro. Add pasta, parmesan, and pasta water. Stir until combined and add sambal paste
  4. Serve with more cilantro and parmesan
