Tinned Fish Pasta

Tinned fish has never looked this good. This pasta recipe, featuring anchovies and smoked mussels, by Sara @dieteticaesthetic, is the perfect springtime recipe. It's as delicious as it is easy to make.
Ingredients
- 3 fillets of Roland® Anchovies in Olive Oil
- 1 tin Roland® Smoked Mussels
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- 1 lb pasta
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup pasta water
- 1 tablespoon sambal pasta
Directions
- Chop your ingredients and set to the side
- In a pan over medium heat, add your oil, butter, and shallots. Sauté for 4 minutes before adding anchovies and mussels
- Sauté for another 3 minutes before adding lemon and cilantro. Add pasta, parmesan, and pasta water. Stir until combined and add sambal paste
- Serve with more cilantro and parmesan
