Tahini Chocolate Truffles

Nutty flavor from tahini infuses this chocolate truffle, complimented by cinnamon and salt for a tasty and complex bite.
Ingredients
- 1lb dark chocolate, 63% or higher
- 2 cups Roland® Fine Tahini or Roland® Organic Fine Tahini, stirred
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
- Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth
- Add tahini, cinnamon, and salt and mix until blended. Pour ganache in a shallow baking dish and let chill until set
- Scoop small rounds and roll in cocoa powder
