Tahini Chocolate Truffles

Nutty flavor from tahini infuses this chocolate truffle, complimented by cinnamon and salt for a tasty and complex bite.

 

Ingredients

  • 1lb dark chocolate, 63% or higher
  • 2 cups Roland® Fine Tahini or Roland® Regular Tahini, stirred
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth
  2. Add tahini, cinnamon, and salt and mix until blended. Pour ganache in a shallow baking dish and let chill until set
  3. Scoop small rounds and roll in cocoa powder
  4. Enjoy!
