Ingredients
- Roland® Hot Green Chili Crunch (available on Amazon)
- Roland® Spicy Sriracha Chili Sauce (available on Amazon)
- 1 egg
- 1 rice paper round
- Scallions, chopped
- Black pepper, to taste
- Kewpie mayonnaise
Directions
- Place a rice paper round in a pan over low heat
- Add a dollop of Roland's hot green chili crunch onto the rice paper
- Crack an egg on top of the chili crunch and spread it out evenly
- Sprinkle chopped scallions and black pepper over the egg
- Drizzle with sriracha sauce and kewpie mayo according to your taste preferences
- Optionally, fold the rice paper in half to enclose all the ingredients
- Cook until the rice paper is crisped on both sides, ensuring the egg is fully cooked
- Once crispy, remove from the pan and serve hot
