Limoncello Ginger Whiskey Sour

This bright and refreshing limoncello ginger whiskey sour is the perfect summertime cocktail. With a layer of foam from our new Roland® Aquafaba, it's airy, delicious, and easy to make.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Rye Whiskey
- ¾ ounce ginger liqueur
- ¼ ounce Limoncello
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon Roland® Preserved Lemon Paste
- ½ teaspoon Roland® Ginger in Syrup
- ½ ounce Roland® Aquafaba (use ⅔ ounce for more foam)
- 5 drops honey bitters
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake without ice
- Add ice and shake again until mixed well
- Strain twice into a skinny highball glass. Garnish with a skewered piece of Roland® Ginger in Syrup and a sprig of thyme
