Dirty Heat Martini

Put a spicy spin on your favorite martini. This drink is bright and balanced, with heat from Guindilla peppers. Garnished with our new Roland® Banderillas, it's the perfect mix of spicy and savory.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ ounces dry gin
- ⅔ ounce brine from Roland® Guindilla Peppers
- 1 Roland® Banderillas
- ⅓ ounce Roland® Olive Juice
- 5 drops habanero shrub bitters
- Dry vermouth and sweet vermouth to rinse
Directions
- Rinse a chilled Nick & Nora glass with dry vermouth, then rinse again with sweet vermouth
- Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake until fully incorporated
- Strain into the glass. Garnish with Roland® Banderillas
