Charred Broccolini with Garlic Lemon Sauce

An easy and delicious side dish that comes together in under 20 minutes!
Ingredients
- 2-3 bunches broccolini
- Roland® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt, as needed
- Black pepper, as needed
- 1 cup Roland® Garlic Confit
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 whole lemon, to char
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F
- Trim 2 inches off the ends of the broccolini stems and cut any thick stalks in half lengthwise
- Place the broccolini in a single layer on two sheet pans. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon black pepper, and toss well
- Roast for 15 minutes until the broccolini is crisp and tender
- For the garlic sauce, combine the garlic confit, lemon zest, lemon juice, and salt to taste
