Preparation and Cooking Suggestions

RICE COOKER INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse rice 2-3 times in cold water, until water runs clear. Follow rice cooker instructions for white rice. Let stand for 5-10 minutes in rice cooker after it has finished the cook cycle. Fluff with fork and serve.

STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS: Rinse rice 2-3 times in cold water, until water runs clear. In a medium pot place 1 and ½ cups water and 1 cup of rice. Bring to a boil for one minute, cover and reduce heat to a low simmer. Cook for 16-18 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand covered for 5-10 minutes to remove any excess moisture. Fluff with fork and serve.
