Preparation and Cooking Suggestions
Cooking Instructions: 1) Boil 2 ½ cups salted water or broth 2) Add 1 cup of Carnaroli Rice and reduce to a simmer 3) Cook rice until “al dente” making sure not to let the rice get too soft, this should take 16-20 minutes. 4) Remove rice from heat and rinse with cold water to prevent overcooking. 5) Dress with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, butter, and Parmiggiano Reggiano or tomato sauce.
